Lindamood-Bell Learning Processes is Hiring a Human Resources Recruiting Assistant Near San Luis Obispo, CA

We are looking for an energetic, positive individual to work as a Human Resources Recruiting Assistant at our company headquarters in San Luis Obispo. This is not a remote position. A Human Resources Recruiting Assistant performs recruiting and HR related duties to assist in the ongoing recruiting efforts of the company and operations of the department. This is a regular full-time position. 

Responsibilities:

  • Post recruiting ads, update spreadsheets, maintain recruitment platforms, and track HR data.
  • Serve as the initial contact for recruiting questions and assistance.
  • Arrange for and conduct the initial screening of applicants.
  • Assist in processing employee paperwork, including hiring and termination paperwork.
  • Perform data entry.
  • Filing.
  • Process personnel changes.
  • Interact positively and professionally with clients and staff to provide a safe and positive work environment.
  • Perform physical tasks include bending, stretching, reaching, and stooping.
  • Corporate Reception duties, as assigned.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma, or equivalent.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize multiple deadlines.
  • Ability to move and lift up to 15 pounds unassisted.
  • Must pass pre-employment screening and clearances.
  • Must sign Lindamood-Bell’s Confidentiality Agreement. 

Compensation:

The hourly rate for this position is $20.50 per hour.
